Sizzling Wild Wild West Fajitas

My dad set up this challenge for me as he gets a little jealous when seeing people eat large sizzling hot plates of barbecued steak or chicken. But say no more, we actually know what happens to these animals in that process. But, enough of that. Now, I would like to present a sinless version with mock chicken nuggets (can be replaced with tofu or grilled mushrooms, or veggies) with a tasty marinade to it.

4 tbsp canola olive oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp jira powder (cumin powder)
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic and onion powder
Little barbeque sauce
250g mock (vegetarian) chicken nuggets, cut into strips
250 g mock (vegetarian) pork luncheon, cut into strips

To serve with
8 8" flour tortilla wraps
Cheddar cheese
Tomato salsa (see below)
Sour cream
Hot sauce

1. Marinate the mock meats in a plastic bag with other ingredients mentioned above for 20 mins.
2. Cook them a little in an oven (200 degrees Celsius, 400 degrees Fahrenheit or Gas Mark 5) for at least 20 minutes
3. Before serving, transfer into a hot plate and serve with tortillas etc. mentioned above
